Dear Atlantic City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting all of Mark Benjamin’s requests for training in 2019. These are part of the to/from aka special reports that you said do not exists. Official reports are created and sent through the chain of command to the chief for each request. I am requesting copies of each request for training mark Benjamin has completed. It is not true that these files “do not exist” as you say.
