N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3 when submitting an OPRA request.

Dear Custodian of Records,

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1 et seq., I am requesting access to the following public records:
        •       All surveillance camera footage (including but not limited
to indoor and outdoor cameras) from the Department of Public Works (DPW)
buildings and premises in Union Beach, NJ
        •       Date of footage: [Insert Date], 2025
        •       Timeframe: Between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM

Please include all angles and locations covered by the DPW security camera
system, including entrance/exit areas, parking lots, garages, interior
hallways, and offices.

If the records are available electronically, I would prefer to receive
them via email or shared drive link. Please advise of any costs prior to
fulfilling this request.

If access to any of these records is denied, please provide the legal
basis for the denial in writing.
