Mr. Snedeker,

In response to your OPRA Request, dated 2/12/2021, we do not keep records of private sales. The information you are looking for are not Borough records, but records of the Atlantic Highlands Fire Department Inc.

Dear Michelle Clark,

I don’t believe Fire inc existed at the time of the original transfer so the borough should have records. Please check or correct me if I am wrong with the date of the transfer. The borough should be able to provide transfer records on Lots at a minimum. I believe this was first transferred to the fire department and later moved to fire inc.

Yours sincerely,

Tucker Snedeker

Mr. Snedeker,

It is my understanding that Fire Department Inc. was established in 1948 and that the transfer of that property in question was made directly to Fire Department Inc. We have no documents that match your request. I suggest that you visit the County Records website, to see if you can find that information there.
