Please be advised that the related incident within this OPRA contains
juvenile matters/complaints, in an investigation report, which is not
releasable to public, as the information held within is considered
sensitive/confidential, as per NJSA 47:1A-1.1.
However, the incident also involved a motor vehicle crash, which has been
produced, as it was a separate report and allowable for production.
This fulfills your OPRA request.
