Dear North Haledon Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., Andrew Coletta submits this request on behalf of Nicole Gorter regarding records associated with Nicole Gorter’s residence located at 2 Gamba Court, North Haledon, New Jersey, and Andrew Coletta’s legal residence located at 32 Kossuth Street, Haledon, New Jersey.
Timeframe Requested: 01/31/2020-05/21/2026
Requested Records:
1. All CAD reports, dispatch logs, calls for service, incident reports, investigation reports, field inquiry reports, and supplementary reports referencing:
* Nicole Gorter
* Andrew Coletta
* 2 Gamba Court, North Haledon, NJ
* 32 Kossuth Street, Haledon, NJ
* Any patrol or officer activity in the vicinity of either residence
2. All Body Worn Camera (BWC) footage and Mobile Video Recorder (MVR/dash cam) footage from officers responding to, patrolling near, monitoring, or present near either residence during the requested timeframe.
3. Any GPS, AVL, vehicle locator, or patrol tracking records showing police vehicle locations in the vicinity of either residence during the requested timeframe.
4. Any emails, memoranda, text communications, directives, BOLOs, patrol advisories, intelligence notices, or internal communications referencing:
* Nicole Gorter
* Andrew Coletta
* Either residence listed above
5. Any records, reports, assignments, directives, or communications reflecting surveillance, monitoring, observation, patrol emphasis, or investigatory activity involving Nicole Gorter, Andrew Coletta, and/or either residence.
6. Patrol assignment logs and unit assignment records identifying officers and vehicles assigned to patrol the areas surrounding either residence during the requested timeframe.
