I am requesting a list of all payments made to individuals who served as a Juror in the State of New Jersey that includes the following for each payment made:
a) Zip Code of Juror
b) Amount Paid
c) Payment Date
d) Detail of Payment: Was this for service as a GRAND JUROR or as a PETIT Juror
e) date check was cashed
f) flag indicating status of payment

I am requesting this data beginning January 1, 1970--or on the earliest date possible whichever is earlier--to the present.
