Code Enforcement, Egg Harbor City

Amy regarding your telephone call earlier today I checked and as far as
the water & sewer connection is concerned, there is nothing in the file
regarding the closure of the old septic system. Like I said you should
check with Atlantic County Department of Health for that. As far as the
removal of the oil tank there is a note in the file that states that Senn
Oil Company responded due to a leaking oil tank. The note indicates that a
new tank was installed however no permits were ever pulled for the removal
or installation of the new tank.

Thank you,

Steve Hadley
