Dear Jersey City,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I AM seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested: I am a tenant in this building in unit 27B. There is a lot of plumbing work going on in my unit for the past few months. I am requesting all plumbing & construction permit applications, issued permits and inspection records (including rough-in & final inspections) for the property located at 389 Washington St, Jersey City, NJ 07302, for the period of March 1, 2026 to May 11, 2026. Specifically, I am looking for any records related to:
1. The replacement of approximately 10 feet of the main plumbing line/stack behind the washer/dryer area
2. The installation of a new clean-out in the bathroom to access the main pipes behind the kitchen
3. Any plumber's certifications or technical subcode cards filed for this work
