The Township of Bloomfield received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
Request on December 14, 2020. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline
to respond to your request is December 23, 2020. This response to your
request is being provided to you on the 6^th business day after the
Township’s receipt of said request.

The following records are being provided in their entirety and are the
ONLY documents in the Township’s possession responsive to your request:

1.       From the Township’s Building Department – No permits.

2.       From the Township’s Fire Department – The Township’s Fire
Official has responded that his office has no document(s) concerning an
oil tank at the address listed; as such, the Township cannot state with
specificity whether an oil tank is or ever was present on the property.

3.       From the Township’s Health Department – No documents responsive
to this request.
