Thank you for your response, however the information is incomplete. As per the original Opra request dated April 18th 2024, could you please give us a breakdown of the 59 out of district students in the self contained classrooms for 2023-2024, as follow:
 
MHS

-How many OOD students in the Autism classroom at MHS?
-How many OOD students in the MD classroom at MHS?
-How many OOD students in the LLD classroom at MHS?

FMS

-How many OOD students in the Autism classroom at FMS?

I'm certain that the district has the requested documents, since the district has to follow the strict ratio approved by the State of New Jersey, under N.J. Admin. Code § 6A:14-4.7, of students being educated in self contained classrooms.

From our recent communications it appears as though you will not provide the requested information. I will try to obtain the information by other means.
