He was acting unsafe, erratic and bizarre shuffling around making false accusations and not releasing my daughter to me for my parenting time. The NJ police officers agreed to meet me at 586 Jersey Avenue for a safe transfer of my daughter as I've been doing since I dropped my no contact restraining order in September. The officers tried their best to get Haranjeet to cooperate but he made accusations and recorded the officers and myself. It unfolded in front of our minor daughter who is only 5 years old. Haranjeet demanded to know what transportation was being taken for my daughter. I replied a Lyft car and looked at our daughter smiling trying to make her feel at ease as he held her by his side. He demanded to meet the Lyft driver. This happened publicly in front of his house with no supervision by his Dad, Harpal. Haranjeet was wild eyed and it looked like no one was home in his head.

daughter. I replied a Lyft car and looked at our daughter smiling
trying to make her feel at ease as he held her by his side. He
demanded to meet the Lyft driver. This happened publicly in front of
his house with no supervision by his Dad, Harpal. Haranjeet was wild

Dear Jersey City OPRA Center,
Thank your reply and for the City Clerk, Ms. Durso's help in this matter. Ms. Durso, I have a hearing on May 20th, that I feel this body camera footage will help me in offering some transparency into what my child's exchanges are like with her Dad who is not well and has brain cancer. I submitted my request on April 19th and I'm hoping to have the footage to share with the court. Do you think it is possible to get the footage prior to 5/20?

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common
law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form.

Requesting Jersey City Police Body Camera Footage,
4/16 Officer DuBreusi, Thomas at 586 Jersey Avenue
Haranjeet Narulla, Event Number 24-070708
Requesting footage of Officer's partner if available/known. I did not
get her name. Haranjeet Narulla was not supervised by the court
ordered supervisor, his Dad, Harpal, during this event. He was acting
unsafe, erratic and bizarre shuffling around making false accusations
and not releasing my daughter to me for my parenting time. The NJ
police officers agreed to meet me at 586 Jersey Avenue for a safe
transfer of my daughter as I've been doing since I dropped my no
contact restraining order in September. The officers tried their best
to get Haranjeet to cooperate but he made accusations and recorded the
officers and myself. It unfolded in front of our minor daughter who is
only 5 years old. Haranjeet demanded to know what transportation was
being taken for my daughter. I replied a Lyft car and looked at our
daughter smiling trying to make her feel at ease as he held her by his
side. He demanded to meet the Lyft driver. This happened publicly in
front of his house with no supervision by his Dad, Harpal. Haranjeet
was wild eyed and it looked like no one was home in his head.
