2. Any title transfer documents, donation agreements, or conveyance records associated with the Borough's acquisition of this property.

In response to your OPRA request, #41-2026, the Borough is unable to process your request, as you have already requested the records via OPRA request #285-2026 and #286-2026.
As per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., "Submission of repeated requests to multiple custodians in the same public agency for the same record, while an identical or substantially similar request is pending in the agency, shall permit the custodian to deny the request."
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Lindenwold to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
