Dear Gerard Rites,

This incident occured 2022 in Scotch Plains. I have also opened up an OPRA request with the county to obtain the specific information that you are requesting. How many investions are there that you wouldn't know about the incident? I am requesting all displinatry actions taken on Sgt. Johnson since there appears to be many . There should no confusion if there was a single incident. You also refused my initial OPRA request and said it was internal affiar matters. So you kmow exactly what this incident is and what I am asking for. If this is refused I will request an internal review.

Yours sincerely,

Anon
