You should be aware that all BWC footage released through OPRA is
redacted.  The incident to which you are referring has a lot of video, and
uploading and redacting all of it will take longer than 7 days. BWC
footage is provided on a DVD for $1 per disc. You will be contacted when
the discs are ready for pickup.

The interview is exempt from release in accordance to GRC exemption #4.
