Dear Lumberton Township Board of Education,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested: All correspondence regarding the Gifted and Talented Program at Lumberton NJ District schools between the new G&T Teacher Kristin Groark, the New Director of Curriculum, Mayreni Fermin-Cannon, and the new Superintendent Colleen Murray, beginning July 1, 2022 through present.

Also any correspondence they would have had with the "stakeholders" and "consultant" they worked with while making changes to the program during that same timeframe.

I've checked BOE meeting minutes and have not seen anything regarding the G&T program on the agenda.
