Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Please be advised that this office represents the Buyers in connection with the purchase of the above referenced property.
We are requesting a digital format of all OPEN and CLOSED permits, Certificates of Approval and other documents available pertaining to above referenced Property for the time period of Jan. 1972 - PRESENT:
1. Construction permits (all OPEN and CLOSED permits, Certificates of Approval) and approvals for any improvements made on the Property);
2. Oil tank (above or below ground) installation, removal and/or decommissioning permits; and gas conversion;
3. Propane tanks installation and/or decommissioning permits;
4. Septic system installation and/or decommissioning permits and/or pubic sewer connection;
5. Well installation and/or decommissioning permits;
6. Variances/permits for pools;
7. Variance/permits for sheds, additions, decks and fences; and
8. Surveys.
If the above requested records are not maintained by your office. kindly forward OPRA request to the proper records custodian or direct as to the proper records custodian(N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.h.).

Attached find documents provided by the Building Department and Zoning
Board of Adjustment responsive to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request related to property known as 1543 11th Street Unit B, RRD
Properties (Raymond Reduce).
The Building Department has advised that all permits have been inspected
and closed. There are no oil tank permits for this address.
Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as
filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a
Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey
Courts online website. Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at
201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
