Dear Monica Webb,
I am in receipt of your response to my Opra.

My original response was sent on the 11th, which was a Sunday. 7 days starting on Monday the 12th if you count 7 business days it was due on Wednesday the 21st.
The days start the first business day after my Opra was sent. Not when you chose to open it.
