Requesting communication about Southport Redevelopment
Dear Gloucester City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
all communications between Gloucester City and Greener by Design LLC; Southport Renewal, LCC and/or Resource Renewal, LLC related to the Southport Redevelopment Area/ Southport Brownfield Development Area. This request includes communications with affiliates, subsidiaries, and representative of the named companies, and including any "Doing Business As" names. I request communications including emails, physical mail, calendar appointments for phone calls or meetings and the minutes and any documents exchanged or referenced during those meeting. This request is for the timeframe of January 1, 2019 to present day.

You can pick up the thumb drive any time during our business hours which are Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
