I am seeking access to police body camera footage from October 3rd, 2022, pertaining to the incident involving Mr. Roosevelt Jones. According to reports, law enforcement officers responded to a call at Mr. Jones' residence. Upon entering the premises, it is alleged that they discovered Mr. Jones deceased in his bed. My understanding is that in cases involving a deceased individual, the body camera footage is typically retained as part of the investigative process.
