number, Social Security number). The remainder of the request for “all
info” is denied as it is exempt from disclosure under P.D.V.A 2C:25-33 and
2C:25-34, and North Jersey Media Group v. Passaic County Prosecutor’s
Office, 2018 WL 3945641 (App.Div. 2018). A criminal complaint is merely an
accusation. Despite this accusation, this defendant is presumed innocent
