I have reviewed the construction files and there are no outstanding
permits shown for this property. The CCO inspection (CCO # 2022-0596) is
pending and scheduled for 9/1/2022.
A list of all permits issued is attached for your review. In addition,
prior to computer technology, we have the following closed permits within
the house file: 1986-6326, new dwelling and 1988-9909, deck/screen in
porch.
