I have reviewed the construction files and there are outstanding permits
shown for this property. Attached please find a list of permits issued to
the property for your review.
Open Permit # 2013-0087 basement renovation
The file will be available for your review should you desire to do so.
To schedule inspection to close the permit please call Manalapan
Construction Dept. 732-446-8320
The property is served by septic. I have copied Freehold Health as they
would have the permits with regard to any septic/well.
Please contact our office to set up a convenient time should you wish to
review the files.
