Good Afternoon,

Attached are all closed permits for Block 143.12 Lot 4. There is one open
permit application for the basement #2020-1350 – it needs final building
inspection.

There was also a permit application (applied on 6/20/20) for a paver patio
and pergola #C-50028 which failed plan review in 2020.  The corrections
were never received and the permit application expired after 12 months.

New application will need to be filed if the work has been done. This
completes your OPRA request

awaiting classification of Daniel’s Law database from the State of New

meantime.
