Records requested: September 19, 2014 Frank Valenzuela instructed Joseph Rotolo to do an ethics investigation regarding William Coleman. I want all the documents, emails & text between the then Township Committee Members, Joeseph Rotolo and Frank Valenzuela, and any State agencies. I want proof of resolution regarding this matter, and if either party claims its personnel and I’m not privy to an info regarding this OPRA request, please review the letter sent by Rotolo to Valenzuela's OPRA request...

Dear Liz Kroll, I understand there wasn't and action taken on the request Valenzuela make for an investigation towards me, but I still feel there was correspondence from Rotolo, to the committee members, with regards to any actions, or no further actions. Rotolo either told Frank there was nothing to investigate, or he did investigate and nothing showed up. I need the email or letter stating his conclusion to Frank or the committee.
Sorry Liz, but too many times these people slip through by just stating there isn't anything, when in reality there is more than you think... I found this out with Rotolo's Secret letter to Bob regarding the billboards...

Dear Liz Kroll,
There was more to Valenzuela's simple request, and I want all the correspondence between, Rotolo, Frank, and any Township Committee Members regarding Franks ethics complaint. I will also be requesting further investigations of this harassments and deformation actions taken by a certain group.
