Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Any police reports (including incident reports, investigations, or calls for service)
Any fire department reports
Any EMS (Emergency Medical Services) reports
If any portion of these records is exempt from disclosure, please provide the portions that are releasable and indicate the specific legal basis for any redactions or denials.

I am writing to follow up on my OPRA request submitted on March 4, 2025, regarding all CAD, police, fire, and EMS reports for 7-9 W Mantua Ave, Wenonah, NJ. The statutory deadline for a response was March 13, 2025, and I have not yet received any reply.
Please advise on the status of this request. If no records are available, I would appreciate a formal denial stating such, as required by law.
