I am writing to request an internal review of Wenonah Borough's handling of my OPRA request 'Requesting all CAD records, police reports, fire reports, and EMS reports for 7-9 W Mantua Ave, Wenonah, NJ, from January 1, 2025, to present under OPRA.'.

I am writing to follow up on my OPRA request submitted on March 4, 2025, regarding all CAD, police, fire, and EMS reports for 7-9 W Mantua Ave, Wenonah, NJ. The statutory deadline for a response was March 13, 2025, and I have not yet received any reply.

Please advise on the status of this request. If no records are available, I would appreciate a formal denial stating such, as required by law.
