Dear City of Newark:

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I attest that I have never been convicted of a crime. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

I am requesting an unredacted copy of the current 2019 Dog Master List. I would like to see a copy of those records that list the names and addresses of all individuals that have been issued a dog license by the City of Newark for the year 2019. I want to see all of the information on those documents that list the dog's breed, the dog's age, the name(s) of dog's owner(s), and the dog owner's address. I am not requesting to see anyone's telephone number.
