I requested a copy of 2023 Tax Liens for the city of Rahway back on July 29, 2023 and never received a response. Is this normal protocol?

This OPRA request has been received on Thursday, August 29, 2024. It will be
reviewed and processed. A response will be sent within seven (7) business
days after the City's custodian of records receives the request.
Please note that a proper OPRA request must identify with reasonable clarity the
