Request to incident 183 Amsterdam, Tree falling into vehicle situation. Who is responsible?
Dear Berkeley Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

Records requested: C.A.D. reports for 183 Amsterdam, Incident occurring on July 4th, Tree fell into a vehicle. Who is responsible? Records Requested: Audio of initial call to dispatch, CAD report including notes, and disposition. Body Worn Camera of interaction, Zoning records of property lines, including Paper Street information, and any remarks made between dispatch and officer, also to include any records of information shared with property owners, tenants, or involved parties in said case. Please include the actual case number with this response. Caller audio, more than one instance, As The R.P. called more than once. Dash Camera Footage of the responding officer while responding to the call.
