Please see attached – complaint, indictment, arrest. Driver's license, unlisted telephone numbers, and social security number are redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(a). Name of children were also redacted from the affidavit of probable cause. There is a reasonable expectation of privacy of the children of the people involved in this case, and we have a duty to protect that privacy. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1; Burnett v. County of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408, 425-26 (2009).
