Records requested:

1. A list of all lands for which a zoning adjustment has been proposed between August 24, 2023 and August 24, 2024. Please include filing date, and description of the proposed use. Please provide this list in an excel document separate from the forthcoming items.

2. A list of all new construction (ground up) permits issued since January 2023.

2. A list of all Vacant land (property class 1), which have had the same owners/ title holders for more than 10 years. Please include address, owner name, and size of land. Please provide this list in an excel document separate from the forthcoming items.

3. A list of all residential (property class 2) and commercial (property
classes 4A & 4C) properties that have code violations, water shut offs, have undergone fire damage and are deemed vacant or abandoned. This list should be since July 1st, 2024. Please provide filing date, type of violation (where applicable), and owner name. Please provide this list in an excel document separate from the forthcoming items.

4. A list of all surplus real estate in the possession of the city of Newark. Please provide this list in an excel document separate from the aforementioned items.
