Request for Vacant/Abandoned, Delinquent and Various Other Properties
Dear Pine Hill Borough,
I appreciate your consideration of the following matter. Under OPRA and the Common Law Right of Access, I am requesting a current list of records for each of the following be delivered via e-mail:
1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2)
2) All condemned properties
3) All residential properties with delinquent taxes
4) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been filed or that are currently in probate
5) All properties that are absentee-owned
6) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed
7) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
8) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation
9) All properties with notices of abatement

Hill Municipal Utilities Authority which is a separate entity from the
Borough
7) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice -
Please send OPRA request to Pine Hill Municipal Utilities Authority which
is a separate entity from the Borough
8) All properties with code violations, including the type of
violation – Please provide time frame for code violations response
9) All properties with notices of abatement – Please provide
specific abatements and time frame for response

Thank you for the for the information you shared, and for your consideration of our overall request. Regarding the areas where you requested clarification, my responses are below:
5) All properties that are absentee-owned – Please clarify
specifics for response - we are looking for records related to approved rental properties;
8) All properties with code violations, including the type of
violation – Please provide time frame for code violations response - please provide data for the time period ranging from 1/1/2018 through the most recent month-end;
9) All properties with notices of abatement – Please provide records for properties with prior violations that were subsequently closed for the period ranging from 1/1/2018 through the most recent month-end.
