Request for Vacant and Delinquent Property Lists
Dear Audobon Borough,
I appreciate your consideration of the following matter. Under OPRA and the Common Law Right of Access, I am requesting a current list of records for each of the following be delivered via e-mail:
1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2)
2) All condemned properties
3) All residential properties with delinquent taxes
4) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been filed or that are currently in probate
5) All properties that are absentee-owned
6) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed
7) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
8) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation
9) All properties with notices of abatement
Again, I appreciate your attention to this matter and thank you in advance for your help.

Please be advised that we are in receipt of your OPRA dated July 2nd
requesting nine line items. At this time, we are requesting an extension.
Our office staff is working limited hours in the office and in order to
satisfy this OPRA, I need to connect with several other departments.
My anticipated date of completion is July 22nd as I will not be in the

Good morning,
Per your OPRA request dated July 2, 2020, below is some additional
information. I am still waiting on the delinquent tax list and the
delinquent sewer list.
1) Sent on July 8, 2020
2) No such list exists for condemned properties
3) All residents with delinquent taxes (waiting on response from tax
office)
4) No such list exists for Lis Pendens notices.
5) No such list exits for absentee-owned.
6) We do not handle water in the municipality. You would have to contact
NJAW. We will send delinquent sewer maintenance list when I receive from
the tax office.
7) Water shut off notice - no such list exists. Call NJAW.
8) No master list with code violations exists.
9) No list with notices of abatement exists.
