Hello, thank you for your fast response.
We understand if that is the case. We are just a bit confused since the reason why we reached out to you and made an OPRA request is that Ma'am Marian Hauser an administrative clerk, and deputy registrar of Lawnside told us to make one, she even attached the file of the form, since we reached out to her first. So that is a bit contradicting...
Well, we'll just hope that the response from the Regional Fire Chief will be the answer to our search/request then. Anyway, thank you again, especially for sending this information directly to both me and my colleague.

I am not sure why my response seems contradicting.
Marian was correct that you needed to submit an OPRA request.
It is not her duty to respond to the OPRA request, it is my responsibility to do so.
However, the response is accurate as the Chief has stated there are no fire damaged properties in the Borough of Lawnside for 2023.
