Dear Lodi Board of Education,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

A copy of the settlement agreement dated December 26, 2014 between the Lodi Board of Ed and/or Borough, and former teacher Joseph Piparo. Piparo was brought up on tenure charges on or about August 26, 2014, for alleged insubordination, offensive and unprofessional conduct, and for conduct unbecoming an educator. His employment as a teacher was later terminated either voluntarily or involuntarily and a settlement was reached.
