Dear Somerset County Records Custodian

The following information is requested as permitted by New Jersey Open Public Record Law. Please provide the information in PDF form and within the time frame permitted. We are aware there was a “Cyber Event” but believe V-Comm will have possession of information requested.

Any study or report (s) produced by V-Comm Telecommunications Engineering for the County of Somerset.

The requested time frame shall be from January 1, 2018 through July 1, 2022.

The subject matter of any reports or studies by V-Comm as it pertains to Somerset County’s Motorola P25 Trunking Radio Communications System and interference to same. This as a result of DTV television signals as permitted by the FCC.
