Please find attached the information requested from the Building Department for 217 Christol Street, Metuchen. At the current time there is one (1) open permit (21-0231) and no open violations issued from the Building Department. There are no oil tank permits in the file for this address. This does not mean that there are/were no oil tanks, just that there are no permits for one.
This does not complete your request, I will check in with the tax assessor for those records and respond tomorrow.
