1. Any and all signed applications, certifications, and financial expenditure statements submitted by the Borough of Lindenwold (Camden County) for the "Per Capita State Aid" program for all available years prior to 2018.

2. Any and all written or electronic correspondence (including emails, letters, and memos) between the New Jersey State Library (including the Office of Library Law, State Aid & Statistics) and officials, employees, or representatives of the Borough of Lindenwold regarding "Per Capita State Aid," eligibility compliance, or statutory library status from January 1, 2010, to the present.

3. Any and all records, meeting logs, or correspondence regarding the New Jersey Library Construction Bond Act grant program, inquiries, or pre-applications involving the Borough of Lindenwold from January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2020.

For Item #3 (NJ Library Construction Bond Act): Because this item pertains specifically to a major state capital grant program under P.L. 2017, c.149, please search the state's permanent or long-term grant program archives for any submissions, pre-applications, inquiries, or final agency determinations involving the Borough of Lindenwold from January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2020. As capital grant application files and formal project determinations are subject to extended or permanent retention guidelines rather than standard correspondence schedules, these records may still be active within your database.
