Dear Warren County Prosecutor's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. . The signed, dated, and completed submission to the County Clerk of the oath of office of ANTHONY A. PICIONE, ACTING COUNTY PROSECUTOR.
2. Copies of signed and/or filed oaths of office for the following individuals in their respective positions as “Special Deputy Attorney General/Acting Assistant Prosecutor,” “Acting Chief of Detectives,” and “Acting Deputy Chief of Detectives”:
• Kevin J. Brotzman
• Brenton S. Ware
• Melissa A. Fehr
3. A roster of all employees employed by the County Prosecutor’s Office in the following capacities/positions/titles: “Assistant Prosecutor,” “Acting Assistant Prosecutor/Special Deputy Attorney General,” “Chief of Detectives,” “Deputy Chief of Detectives,” “Acting Detective,” “Detective,” “Detective Sergeant,” “Detective Lieutenant,” and “Detective Captain.” This roster should include all personnel currently acting in any of these titles.
