This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

IN REGARDS TO 1 Irongate, METUCHEN, NJ:
1. Complete history of ownership.
2. Complete history of building permits, electric permits, plumbing permits and zoning permits -- including application dates, and their status. Please include a copy of the permit application and any and all submitted drawings, supporting documents, and other information as associated with each permit.
3. Complete history of tanks (oil, septic, propane, etc.), installation and removal. Please include a copies of any and all submitted drawings, supporting documents, and other information as associated within this history.
4. Complete history of any violations
5. All certificates of occupancy
