received your Open Public Records Act request, dated August 7, 2022, for
“1.) Request for Proposals records. That is any RFPS filed by the NBHA. My
focus is on the past 30 years;” and “2.) Record of rental properties under
private ownership, specifically corporate ownership.  Barring this, a
record of the properties currently managed by ret/property management
companies.”

Please be advised that your request is hereby denied, as it is unclear
and/or overbroad.  See Lagerkvist v. Office of Governor of State, 443 N.J.
Super. 230 (App. Div. 2015).  As you are aware, OPRA only requires the
public entity to search its files; it does not require the public entity
to conduct research.  You must narrow the scope of your request so that
the Housing Authority can search its files for identifiable government
records.
