Tax Delinquent Properties:
A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill in the past 12 months.

Water Shut-Off / Utility Liens:
A list of properties where water service has been shut off at any point in the last 30 days.

Fire-Damaged Properties:
A list of all property addresses where the fire department has received an emergency call related to a fire in the past 90 days.

Code Violations:
A list of property addresses that have received any code violations in the last 30 days.

Vacant or Abandoned Properties:
A list of all properties that the city deems currently vacant or abandoned.
