Dear Dale Forde,

Thank you for providing what I believe is a permit application for an AC unit. There was nothing else in the document provided. Is this permit application this only document on file for 22 Franklin? I don't see a closed permit for this AC unit nor any other documents. Please provide all opened and closed permits for 22 Franklin. Likewise, we are looking for confirmation that the basement was finished with permits/approvals. There is a finished basement at the property and we need to confirm that it was finished legally and per code.
