Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Your OPRA request below has been refused as it is overly broad. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g). Please re-apply to [Howell Township request email] and be sure to include a date range for the documents that you are requesting.
Please note that your other two requests will be refused for the same reason. When you re-apply you can request all three items in one OPRA request, just be sure to include a date range for the documents you are requesting.
