Dear Lumberton Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I respectfully request access to the following public records relating to Township Administrator Meredith Riculfy in her capacity as a Lumberton Township employee.
1. Current Salary and Compensation
Please provide documentation showing her current base salary and any additional compensation, including:
Stipends
Bonuses
Car or travel allowances
Any other non-salary compensation
Examples of responsive records may include payroll summaries, salary resolutions, or shared services agreements with Mount Laurel Township, if applicable.
2. Work Schedule or Official Hours
Please provide any records indicating her official work schedule, including:
Expected weekly or daily hours
Employment contract or appointment resolution
Any HR policy or documentation that defines her expected working hours as Township Administrator

Please provide all responsive records in electronic format (PDF, Excel, etc.) if available.

The Township of Lumberton received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on October 9, 2025. The Official Records Custodian, Bobbie Quinn, received your OPRA Request on October 9, 2025. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is October 21, 2025. This response is being provided to you on the 4th business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
The Township is in receipt of your OPRA request for certain records relating to “Township Administrator Meredith Riculfy in her capacity as a Lumberton Township employee.” These records include the following:
- Current Salary and Compensation including stipends, bonuses, car or travel allowances, any other non-salary compensation. These records may include payroll summaries, salary resolutions, or shared services agreements with Mount Laurel Township, if applicable.
- Work Schedule or Official Hours including expected weekly or daily hours, employment contract or appointment resolution, any HR policy or documentation that defines her expected working hours as Township Administrator.
Attached, please find the resolution for the first and seventh amendment to the shared services agreements and such agreements which are responsive to your OPRA request.
Your request for stipends, bonuses, car or travel allowances, any other non-salary compensation, work schedule, employment contract, HR policy, or documentation that defines her work hours, and payroll records is denied because the Township does not have any records responsive to these requests.
