The info you requested for open and closed permits, UST (underground
Storage Tank), violations and smoke detectors inspections, Continued
Certification of Occupancy (for sale of home) are all available on our
website. Please go to [1]www.mountainside-nj.com and scroll over to
departments and click Engineering/Construction/Zoning. Click on the SDL
Logo on the top left of the screen once you have created an account, you
will be able to Navigate the site by searching Address, Block, Lot and
Permit Number. While looking up property information, we have found the
best way is by entering the least amount of information as possible. For
example, if looking up 1385 Route 22 West – Try simply entering 1385 Rou
or just key in the house number only, a prompt will come up “Try a Full
Search “ click on that line. Info is available is from 1992 to current. If
you require more records, please contact the Construction Department to
arrange and appointment to review the complete file in the office at (908)
232-2400 ext. 253.
