Dear Ms. Bondar:
Attached are the permits that we found on file from our construction department. I am also checking with the zoning office and will let you know when they respond to me. I also await a response regarding violations from our code enforcement official.
With regard to #2 and #3 of your request, OPRA is to request records only, not information, so these portions of your request is denied as per NJSA 47:1A-1.1, because you did not ask for a record. Furthermore, we would not know if someone has obtained what they needed if they did work to the home without notifying us.

Our Code Enforcement Official has indicated that there are no municipal code violations on 211 Walden. Also, you would have to contact the State directly to find out if there are any state violations. This portion of your request is considered denied as per NJSA 47:1A-1.1, no records exist.
