Dear Butler Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Please include descriptions of the violations, property addresses, and violation dates, homeowner's name. I also prefer for the document to be sent here in OPRA, not in my email (sometimes it does not appear in my inbox).

Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Dear Butler Borough,
I am following up regarding my OPRA request submitted on August 28, 2025 for the Active Code Violation List covering the period of 05/27/2025 to 08/27/2025.
As a reminder, I requested a list of all unresolved or open code violations (excluding closed violations) during this time period, including:

HI Bill- when you return, can I get your assistance with this please
OPRA was received and put in queue on the 28th with a 7 day business due date on or before September 9.
Your OPRA was received and is in queue. OPRA allows a 7 business day turn around. I have received the response from our zoning officer and sent it over.
Dear Brandi Greco,
Thank you for confirming that my OPRA request is in queue and for sending the response from the zoning officer.
I have received the file; however, I would like to verify whether it includes all open or unresolved code violations for the full requested date range of May 28, 2025, through August 28, 2025.
Could you kindly confirm that the file provided covers this entire period? If not, I would appreciate it if the remaining data could be provided.
Thank you again for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Armando Aguilon
Dear Brandi Greco,
