Request for liability insurance premiums and payouts

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Liability insurance premiums and payouts from 2007 through the present, specifically insurance that covers, but is not limited to, Police, Council, and Mayoral lawsuits. Please indicate any amounts paid "out of pocket" by the Borough due to insurance denying coverage.

At this time, I am able to provide you with the attached document as a partial response to your request for "Liabiilty Insurance Premiums from 2007 through present".
I am awaiting the report with "Liability Payouts". By this request, I am assume that you mean insurance deductibles.
There are no documents responsive to your request for "Amounts paid 'out of pocket' by the Borough due to insurance denying coverage".
I expect that I will have the remaining information noted above no later than Friday, October 9, 2020.

They are not.
The record retention schedule allows for distribution of purchase orders and invoices after 6 years.
