1) All housing information and cell location for inmates on tier which Jose Recoba Morales was housed on at the time of his death on 3/18/2019.

2) All assignments for ALL Corrections Officers on duty at on 3/18/2019

3) All training records for officers assigned to the tier which Jose Recoba Morales was on housed on at the time of his death.

4) All policy and procedures for corrections officers assigned to the Essex County Correctional facility

5) The autopsy report for Jose Recoba Morales

6) All medical records including medications for Jose Recoba Morales when housed at the Essex County Correctional Facility

7) All records for those emergency responders such as Ambulance or Paramedics personnel

8)All previous internal complaints against the corrections officers who were assigned to the tier when Jose Recoba Morales died on 3/18/2019

9) All Essex County Correctional Facility Internal Affairs investigative reports filed on the death of Jose Recoba Morales

10) All Essex County Prosecutors Office Homicide Unit and Professional Standards reports filed on the death of Jose Recoba Morales
