Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am inquiring about getting a list of properties owned by the township that are available for purchase. I am looking for empty lots, 1-4 family houses and small commercial buildings. I work with a local developer looking to buy these properties to renovate them and sell them to end buyers who will be paying the property taxes.
